Shalom House’s annual "There’s No Place Like Home" Auction raises a substantial amount annually for its residential programs for chronically homeless women with mental illness and chemical dependency. Last year, 200 people turned out to support Metro and raised over $70,000. This year, as we celebrate our 40th Anniversary, we hope to raise over $90,000. We rely heavily on individuals and businesses in the community for funding to make the auction possible. Support and commitment from the community truly makes a difference in the lives of thousands of women each year. The event, will take place on Saturday, October 4th, at The Randall Gallery, one of St. Louis City’s most exquisite and unique event facilities. The auction raises funds to help stabilize and rebuild the lives of single, homeless women with mental illness or chemical dependency. We hope to see you on October 4th.
