Annual Giving
Metro relies on cash donations to supplement its government funding sources. Government funding alone does not cover the costs associated with providing housing and services for the residents and clients of Metro.
Consider giving at the following levels:
$5,000 Donation
- Provides nursing support to women in the Emergency Shelter for two months.
- Provides drug testing services and substance abuse treatment for women in the Emergency Shelter and Transitional Housing Program for two months.
$2,000 Donation
- Provides Transitional Housing Case Management for 12 (twelve) women for a month.
- Provides bus passes and other public transportation for women in the Emergency Shelter and Transitional Housing Program for one month.
$1,000 Donation
- Furnishes one bed area for a woman in the Emergency Shelter Program or Transitional Housing Program
$500 Donation
- Provides food for two weeks for the Emergency Shelter.
$250 Donation
- Houses one woman in the Emergency Shelter with supportive services for a week
- Provides a two night stay in the Transitional Housing Program with rehabilitative services for one woman.
$100 Donation
- Houses three homeless women in the Emergency shelter for a day
- Provides supportive services for one woman in the Transitional Housing Program for a day
$50 Donation
- Provides safe haven for one woman in the Emergency Shelter for a day.
